Note 1: According to the requirements of BS EN 1173:1996 for basic property of the state, designated Y - 0,2%-yield strength in tension. 


Note 2: The technology of production of pipes DIN EN 12735-2:2001 states Y040, Y035 in the stage of mining. 

 In agreement with the consumer pipes can be manufactured in coils layered ordered winding or coils flat spiral winding. 

 Surface Quality 

 The outer and inner surface of the pipe must be clean and smooth. 

 If necessary, the inner surface of pipes for air conditioning and refrigeration equipment must withstand the test with the residue of DIN EN 12735-1 in accordance with paragraph 8.5.  Amount of debris on the inner surface of pipes for air conditioning should not exceed 38 mg / m 2. 

 Both ends of the tubes for air conditioning and refrigeration equipment must be sealed plugs (plugs). 

 The pipes should be sealed.  Control discontinuities produced by the eddy current flaw detector.
