Usage: The plates from copper and copper alloys use in :

- Marks M1, M1r, M2, M2r, M3, M3r, M1f, Cu-FRTR, Cu-DHP, Cu-DLP in the steel industry for the production of ferrous and nonferrous metals, heavy engineering, as well as for the manufacture of molds;

- E-Cu57 electrotechnical ;

- L90 DM, CuZn10 heat exchange equipment, chemical engineering;

- DM L68, L63, CuZn33, CuZn37 heat exchange equipment, in chemical, oil and heavy engineering;

- LS 59-1, LS, LTs 40S heat exchange equipment , heavy machinery;

– LOS, LTs25S2, CuZn32Al2Mn2Fe1 shipbuilding


Requirements:

1. The geometric dimensions according to TU U 27.4-00195452-021-2002.

Thickness: 15.0 mm to 120.0 mm *

Thicknesses LOS LTS25S2, LTS40S, CuZn32Al2Mn2Fe1: from 80.0 mm to 120.0 mm inclusive *

Width: 500 mm to 1100 mm *

Length: 300 mm to 2000 mm *


Plates thickness of 25 mm gauge length are made from 300 mm to 2000 mm. Plates with a thickness of 25 mm to 40 mm and a width of 200 mm to 600 mm cut length manufactured up to 1000 mm, with machined lip or random length without edging. Plates with a thickness over 30 mm in length 1000 mm, and random length are made with raw edges.


Deviation for thickness, width and length of the board in accordance with TU U 27.4-00195452-021-2002.


The thickness and tolerances on thickness of hot-rolled plates shown in the table.

Note 1. Tensile and elongation determined for plates up to 20 mm inclusive. Mechanical properties of plates thicker than 20 mm is determined in consultation with the manufacturer of the consumer, agree with the location and order of sampling.


Note 2. Mechanical properties of plates L68, L70, L90, CuZn10, CuZn30, CuZn33 determined in consultation with the manufacturer of the consumer, agree with the location and order of sampling.


Note 3. Mechanical properties of plates LOS LTS25S2, LTS40S, CuZn32Al2Mn2Fe1 are reference.

Specific electrical resistance of plates mark E - Cu57 should be less than 0.01754 ohm ∙ mm 2 / m
