Usage: The contact wire is used in electric power transmission.
Contact wire produced MF85 MF100.

 Surface Conditions: 

 The surface of the wire along the entire length should be clean and free of cracks exceeding 0.2 mm in depth.  The number of defects allowed must not exceed a 2 m length of wire.  The risks that go along the length of the wire should not exceed 0.1 mm in depth and number of the perimeter wire should not exceed 3.  Acceptable defects include backfin, bundles, slivers, bowls, burls and risks, dents, does not take the lead for size limits in its sweep. 


Packaging: 

Wires should be wound on wooden drums.  When winding the wire contact surface it should be towards the axis of the drum.  Twisting and violation of order in the ranks of the winding is not allowed.
