Note: The amount of other elements (other than copper) is defined as the amount of Ag, As, Bi, Cd, Co, Cr, Fe, Mn, Ni, O, P, Pb, S, Sb, Se, Si, Sn, Te and Zn, and separate these elements are excluded. |
Rods are made with a diameter of 8.0 mm to 18.0 mm.
Diameters and deviation on them shall be as set in the table

Surface Conditions:
1. The surface of the rod must be clean, bright, no cracks, sunsets, captivity, foreign bodies, shells, scales, traces of oxidation.
2. Allow certain surface defects (dents, risks, scratch) if their depth does not exceed 0.1 mm.
3. The total thickness of the oxide film on the surface of clarified copper rod should not exceed 1000 A (10 -7 m).
Finally, the treated wire rod at an elevated temperature elongation rate should be at least 30%.
The electrical resistivity of wire rod at 20 ° C should be
no more than:
for LME grade-1 - 0.01707 ohms × mm 2 / m
LME for grades 2, 3 LME, LME-4,
LME-5, AME-6 AME-7 - 0.01724 ohms × mm 2 / m
Packaging:
Wire rods must be reeled in one segment of the mass coils 1000-4500 kg.
The coils set on a tray and tied in at least three places, steel tape, eliminating spillage or skewed coils during transportation and shipped to consumers on special trays made by documentation approved in the prescribed manner to ensure the safety rod during transport.
Coils rods packed in a polyethylene film which protects the product from moisture.
