DIN EN 12165:1998 - Copper and copper alloys. Deformable and non-deformable blank for forging
Alloy: LS 59-1, L63 with the chemical composition of GOST 15527-2004 (DSTU GOST 15527:2005)
CuZn39Pb2, CuZn39Pb3, CuZn40Pb2, CuZn36Pb2As, CuZn37 with chem. composition of DIN EN 12165:1998
CuZn43Pb2 with the chemical composition of BS EN 12167:1998
Purpose:
- Rods for general purpose (used in various industries);
- Bars on the DIN EN 12165:1998 used as billets for forging and are designed to forge on sledgehammer or stamping.
Shape of section: round, square and hex (GOST 2060-2006, DSTU GOST 2060:2007, DIN EN 12165:1998)
Diameter or distance between parallel faces bar - from 10 mm to 150 mm inclusive
Length - 1000 mm to 4000 mm
Requirements for hire:
1. The geometric dimensions according to GOST 2060-2006 (DSTU GOST 2060:2007), DIN EN 12165:1998.
2. The mechanical properties and condition of the material in accordance with GOST 2060-2006 (DSTU Standard 2060:2007)
