Upon request drawn pipes can be manufactured in the coils of the following types:
- Free winding coils (BT);
- Bay layered orderly winding (CU);
- Bay flat spiral winding (BS).
The mass of tubes in coils with a layer wounded:
The mass of tubes in coils should not exceed 110 kg. Allowed mass of tubes in coils of 110 kg.
The minimum and maximum mass of coils can be set in consultation with the consumer.
Bay Size: inner diameter - 610 mm, outside diameter - less than 1100 mm, height - not exceeding 450 mm.
The outer and inner surface of the tubes must be clean and smooth.
Tubes should be sealed. Control discontinuities produced by the eddy current flaw detector.
_______________
* Requirements for the geometric dimensions of tubes agree with the consumer in the order.
