Upon request expanded tubes can be manufactured in the bays of the following types:
- Free winding coils (BT);
- Coils layered orderly winding (CU);
- Coils flat spiral winding (BS).
The mass of pipes in coils with a layer wounded:
The mass of tubes in coils should not exceed 110 kg. The minimum and maximum mass of coils can be set in consultation with the consumer. In agreement with the consumer mass coils of 40 kg to 70 kg.
Surface Quality
The outer and inner surface of the tubes must be clean and smooth.
The inner surface of the tubes must not contain the carbon film. The inner surface of tubes water content of residual carbon must be less than 0.20 mg / dm 2.
The tubes should be sealed. Control discontinuities produced by the eddy current flaw detector.
